These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sublime Subscriptions Manager ("the App"), operated by NerimaSoft ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Sublime Subscriptions Manager is a personal finance tool that helps you track and manage your recurring subscriptions. The App allows you to:

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage your subscription in your device's Settings.

You retain ownership of the subscription data you enter into the App. You grant us a licence to store, process, and display this data to provide the service. See our Privacy policy for details on how we handle your data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We do not verify subscription information with third-party services.
The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding your data), is owned by NerimaSoft and protected by intellectual property laws.
Brand logos and trademarks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners. Their use is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
You acknowledge that notification delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your device settings and network connectivity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NerimaSoft shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
